Psyllium husk powder 95% purity at 80 mesh (177 μm). Swell volume minimum 42 ml/g. Viscosity approximately 100 cP at 1% solution. Good flow characteristics for dosator and tamping-pin capsule filling equipment. Used in functional food blends, fibre sachets, and supplement capsules.

Psyllium husk powder 98% purity at 100 mesh (149 μm). USP and EP compliant. Swell volume minimum 48 ml/g, viscosity approximately 250 cP at 1% solution. For pharma capsule fills, drink mix powders, and functional food applications where a pharmacopoeia COA is required.

Psyllium husk powder 99% purity at 200 mesh (75 μm). USP, EP, and IP compliant. Swell volume ≥55 ml/g, viscosity approximately 400 cP at 1% solution — the highest in our powder range. Used in cosmetic formulations, premium supplement powders, and pharmaceutical production where maximum mucilage activity and fine uniform particle size are required.

40–60 mesh ASTM corresponds to particle sizes of 250–425 μm. At this size, particles are visible in most finished products. Suitable for applications where coarse texture is acceptable — gluten-free artisan bread, high-fibre cereal, or animal feed blends.
Yes. At 1–3% of total flour weight, psyllium powder binds water and improves crumb structure in gluten-free doughs. At 85% / 40–60 mesh, the coarser particle size may be slightly visible in the crumb but is acceptable in most artisan-style products.

Yes. At 80 mesh (177 μm), flow characteristics are suitable for dosator and tamping-pin filling equipment. Moisture should be ≤10% at time of filling. We supply with sealed HDPE liner on request for moisture-sensitive applications.
